We adhere to very high and strict standards in breeding and production to ensure the size and age of the crickets:
S or Standard falls into the subadult category (the crickets are "put to sleep" before their wings form, and their live size is 19-22 mm). If we were to compare this to meat, it would be like "veal.“
L or Large falls into the adult category (wings have already formed, live size is 23-25 mm). If we were to compare this to meat, it would be like beef.
